Return & Refund Policies
Items shipped from Apexgaming Online can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item using a prepaid method, and the reason for return is not a result of an Apexgaming Online error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return.
If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of an Apexgaming Online error, we'll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.
Return shipping fees will be communicated on the Online Returns Center when you are choosing the shipping method for your return.

Depending on the items you're returning and the reason for your return, your shipping methods may vary for your return.
Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
Please note this does not apply to sale items, faulty items ( anything deemed faulty will be addressed by our supplier ), special / back ordered items (if we have back ordered or special ordered an item for you that was not in stock ).

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less a $10 return label fee, plus taxes, if applicable for US orders, and USD$20 return label fee, plus taxes, if applicable for Canadian orders. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
